"Steve helped my girlfriend and me buy our first house and was really great! We did a lot of online searching ourselves but his online search consistently beat public searches by about 30 minutes. He was extremely flexible in meeting us to look at houses at odd hours as soon as they hit the market. His thorough knowledge and expertise in the South Seattle and Renton / Highlands areas was very valuable. Aside from that, his experience and advice on what, when and how to offer based on the goals we discussed with him was critical. I was amazed at how fast he has every piece of paperwork ready for us to e-sign and answered any questions we has promptly and completely. We ended up with a pretty complicated transaction, and he was there all the way, even arranging some re-roofing bids after inspection turned that up as a major issue. We will not hesitate to call Steve for our next real estate transaction, sale or purchase!"
